Warranty & Maintenance

We provide offsite warranty and maintenance services for all NOZE products under warranty, customers who purchase NOZE BASIC monthly subscription and NOZE PRO monthly subscription. You are required to bring your device to the service center during business hours, no prior appointment is required. 

Warranty Coverage & Terms 

– Able to present the sales receipt 

– Ability to provide the registered email address  

– Faults due to normal use for the applicable period. If the product cannot be repaired under 

the conditions of no stock, off production or any other reasons, NOZE would replace the product with a functionally equivalent model.  

Exclusions to the Warranty 

Warranty does not apply under the following conditions:  

– Misuse by not following the instructions properly 

– Any accidental, misuse or intentional damage causing malfunction 

– Unauthorized repairing or modification was done to the product 

– Improper voltage supply or improper battery model 

–  Normal wear and tear  

– Damage caused by force majeure (refer to the service agreement) 

– Dissatisfaction with the product other than its quality 


– Products would be labelled as “Passed” in the condition of passing the product investigation in default settings as instructed by the manufacturer.  

– NOZE is not liable for any indirect loss, cost, or consequential damages caused by the quality issue of the product 

– NOZE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice 

– In case of any dispute, NOZE reserves the rights for any final decision.
